Mahwit – Saba:
A large gathering of tribal sheikhs and dignitaries was held on Saturday in Al-Tawilah District, Al-Mahwit province, as part of ongoing public mobilization activities under the "Al-Aqsa Flood" training initiative.
The meeting aimed to strengthen readiness in the face of potential escalation by the enemy.
Al-Mahwit Deputy Governor Hussein Arkadh, Police Chief Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Tawoos, and Deputy Mobilization Official Amer Al-Aqhoumi emphasized the importance of mass mobilization, awareness, and encouraging participation in open military training programs.
Also attending were Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Wajeeh, head of the local Security and Intelligence branch, and District Director Rashid Marwan. Speakers highlighted the critical role tribal leaders and community figures play in rallying support for the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The participants affirmed the readiness of Al-Tawilah residents to join military training and actively engage in the battle for dignity and honor, both in defense of their homeland and in solidarity with Gaza. They also praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in resisting the Zionist occupation.
The gathering concluded with a call to continue mobilization efforts, organize training sessions across the district's sub-regions, and raise public awareness of the importance of active participation in the battle to defend Palestine and thwart enemy schemes targeting the region.
