The Women's Authority in Sanhan District organized a commemorative event marking the anniversary of the arrival of Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) to Yemen, under the slogan: “Imam of Knowledge and Jihad.”
During the event held in Al-Mahaqira area, the segments highlighted the distinguished qualities of Imam Al-Hadi in knowledge, struggle, justice, and principled leadership—through which he laid the foundations of a just and righteous state.
Speakers noted that Imam Al-Hadi’s arrival to Yemen marked a new chapter in the country’s history, transitioning it from a state of division and conflict to one of unity and brotherhood.
The event also showcased Imam Al-Hadi’s achievements in confronting oppression, deterring tyrants, upholding truth, and spreading knowledge—making him a model for the nation's revival along the path of the guided leaders from the family of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
Following the event—which included poetic and choral segments—a solidarity stand was held in support of the Palestinian people and Gaza. The participants condemned the starvation and killings perpetrated by the Israeli enemy and expressed support for the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in solidarity with Gaza.
The participants affirmed that the Yemeni people’s stance in support of Palestine reflects the path of truth, justice, and resistance established by Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him).
