The governorate of Dhamar witnessed 48 large-scale public rallies today under the slogan: “We will not remain silent in the face of Gaza’s genocide and the desecration of our nation and sanctities.”
Protesters across all districts condemned the ongoing genocide and starvation imposed by the Zionist enemy against the people of Gaza, taking place in full view of the world, backed by the United States and met with disgraceful Arab, Islamic, and international silence.
They reaffirmed their unwavering support for Gaza, regardless of the consequences and sacrifices, and declared their readiness for what they called the “promised conquest and sacred jihad” in support of the Palestinian people.
The participants praised the military operations carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces against the Zionist entity and renewed their full authorization to Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to take whatever measures he deems appropriate to support the oppressed in Palestine.
A statement from the rallies stressed that this mobilization is in response to God’s call, a duty in His path, and a pursuit of His approval. It denounced the crimes committed by the tyrants—namely the U.S. and Israel—against the people of Gaza: killings, starvation, and siege, all under the shameful silence and complicity of Arab, Islamic, and international actors.
The statement welcomed Sayyed Abdul-Malik’s announcement of exploring further options against the Zionist enemy and confirmed readiness to bear any consequences of decisions taken to confront the enemy and alleviate the suffering of Gaza’s people.
The statement reiterated the Yemeni people’s firm and principled stance—both official and popular—in support of Gaza and Palestine, rooted in their faith, their connection to the Holy Qur’an, and their commitment to the Prophet’s mission, fulfilling God’s command to engage in jihad and persevere on this path.
