Taiz – Saba;

Center’s director Mohammed al-Jaberi said that the seized drugs included smuggled medications hidden inside vehicle body panels and seat upholstery. One batch was discovered in a RAV4 vehicle at Nakeel Al-Ibil checkpoint, while another was concealed in the seat padding and a hidden compartment beneath the seats of a Hiace van intercepted at al-Khazjah checkpoint.
Additionally, a third batch was found hidden inside the fuel tank and secret compartments in the cargo bed of a 4-wheel drivce pickup truck in Wadi al-Hassen, located in Samea area.
Al-Jaberi praised the coordinated efforts that led to the successful seizure of the smuggled and prohibited pharmaceuticals, noting that such quality operations reflect the ongoing support provided to the Al-Raheeda Customs Center by the leadership of the Customs Authority.
