Gaza – Saba:
Deputy Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement Mohammed al-Hindi said on Wednesday that the core issues in the negotiations relate to the withdrawal of the Israeli enemy, the entry of aid, and guarantees after the ceasefire.
Al-Hindi explained in a press statement that no real breakthrough has been achieved on the controversial points in the ongoing negotiations, stressing: "We have shown great flexibility to lift the injustice against the Gaza Strip."
He said: "We emphasized the need for the United Nations to distribute aid in the Gaza Strip."
Al-HIndi pointed out that Qatari and Egyptian mediators are making great efforts, but they are facing Israeli intransigence.
