Gaza – Saba:
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Saturday that they had shelled gatherings of Zionist enemy soldiers and military vehicles in the Abasan al-Kabira area, south of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Brigades stated: "We targeted gatherings of Zionist enemy forces and their vehicles infiltrating the vicinity of Al-Nour Mosque in Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis, with 60mm standard mortar shells."
This operation comes as part of the Palestinian resistance factions' response to the ongoing genocide committed by the Zionist enemy against the people of Gaza—supported by the U.S.—since October 7, 2023. The aggression has included mass killings, starvation campaigns, systematic destruction, and forced displacement, in blatant disregard of international appeals and International Court of Justice orders to cease.
