Ramallah - Saba:
A Palestinian citizen was injured by rubber-coated metal bullets on Friday evening after being targeted by Zionist enemy forces in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), eyewitnesses reported that the man was shot in the lower back when Zionist forces fired rubber-coated bullets and tear gas canisters at a gathering of residents in "Al-Tal" area, south of Sinjil. The town had previously witnessed an attempted incursion by a group of settlers.

Local sources stated that around 30 settlers, some armed, detained two Palestinian citizens and a foreign activist inside a vehicle, assaulting them and threatening to kill them near an illegal settlement outpost in the area.

Zionist military forces later arrived at the scene and detained the Palestinians and the activist for nearly two hours before releasing them.

Children Assaulted in Ya'bad

In a related incident, Zionist forces assaulted two children on Friday while they were playing in the street in the town of Ya'bad, south of Jenin, detaining them for some time and arresting two others.

WAFA reported that enemy forces raided the town, deployed military vehicles in its streets, and severely beat two children before detaining them in one of their vehicles for a period. They were later released.

The forces also arrested two other children, Tawfiq Mahmoud Abu Bakr and Imad Abdul Rahman Qabha, both 15 years old, while they were in front of a local shop. The troops withdrew from the town afterward.

Additionally, Zionist forces stormed the town of Jaba', south of Jenin, patrolled its streets with military vehicles, and vandalized the memorial of martyr Rafiq Ghannam.
