Ramallah - Saba:
A Palestinian citizen was injured by rubber-coated metal bullets on Friday evening after being targeted by Zionist enemy forces in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), eyewitnesses reported that the man was shot in the lower back when Zionist forces fired rubber-coated bullets and tear gas canisters at a gathering of residents in "Al-Tal" area, south of Sinjil. The town had previously witnessed an attempted incursion by a group of settlers.
Local sources stated that around 30 settlers, some armed, detained two Palestinian citizens and a foreign activist inside a vehicle, assaulting them and threatening to kill them near an illegal settlement outpost in the area.
Zionist military forces later arrived at the scene and detained the Palestinians and the activist for nearly two hours before releasing them.
