Tehran - Saba:
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Yazd Province announced the martyrdom of nine of its members, including seven IRGC personnel and two conscripted soldiers, following a treacherous Zionist aggression that targeted two military sites in Yazd Province this afternoon.
According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, the public relations office of the IRGC’s "Al-Ghadir" Corps stated in a Sunday announcement: "In the wake of the criminal aggression by the usurping Zionist entity and its mercenaries this afternoon against two military sites in Yazd, seven members of the Al-Ghadir Corps and two conscripted soldiers ascended to martyrdom, while a number of other brave individuals were wounded and are currently receiving treatment."
The statement affirmed that the IRGC in Yazd reassures the proud people of Iran, the vigilant residents of the province, and the lovers of martyrs that its forces stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic. They will not rest until the aggressors face just retribution and the blood of the martyrs is avenged.
