Residents in Taiz governorate held 52 large protests Friday. The rallies were under the slogan "Steady with Gaza and Iran against Zionist-American crimes."
The residents gathered to show their ongoing support for Palestinians in Gaza and to back Iran in its response against Israeli aggression.
Leaders from local government, military, and community groups joined the main march in al-Taezeyah district, where they showed solidarity with both the Palestinian and Iranian people against what Israeli brutality.
Many other districts in Taiz also held similar large marches. Participants strongly criticized Israel's ongoing aggression in Gaza and its blocking of food and medicine.
The participants also condemned the silence of Arab, Islamic, and international communities regarding the severe crimes and starvation happening in Gaza.
They praised Iran's recent strikes and its response against Israeli enemy, saying these actions showed Israel's weakness. The participants affirmed their continuous support for Palestinians and for Iran and other free nations standing against the American-Israeli enemy.
A statement from the marches confirmed Yemen's strong military and public commitment to the Palestinian cause across all of Palestine, stating they would not back down.
The statement declared full support for Iran's decisive response to Israeli-American aggression, seeing it as a rightful duty for the entire Islamic world.
It also suggested that Israel's aggression actually gave Iran a chance to punish it and avenge the Palestinian people, calling on people worldwide to boycott all Israeli and American products and companies, urging them to help Palestinians and other affected groups facing what they described as genocidal crimes.
