The commander of the security forces in western Tehran Province announced today, Thursday, the arrest of 24 Zionist spies in the region.
According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the commander stated:
“Thanks to public reports, intelligence monitoring, and continuous around-the-clock operations by the West Tehran Police, 24 individuals spying for the Zionist enemy—both in real life and online—have been arrested.”
He added that these spies were “engaged in organized activities aimed at spreading fear among citizens, falsifying reality, and tarnishing the image of the Islamic Republic of Iran.” All suspects have been handed over to the relevant judicial authorities.
He further noted:
“In recent days, thanks to the vigilance of security personnel, 16 small drones belonging to the Zionist enemy were targeted and destroyed through direct gunfire.”
In a related development, Mehr News Agency reported that Tehran police arrested a Mossad agent in possession of a large number of suicide drones.
The agency explained that West Tehran security forces intercepted a mini truck loaded with suicide drones being transported by the Mossad agent.
