Speech ceremonies were held today across several districts of Ibb governorate, including Dhi al-Sufal, Habish, al-Sha'ar, al-Qafr, al-Adin branch, al-Radmah, and Yarim security administration, commemorating the annual anniversary of the passing of the Quranic scholar Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
Local authority and mobilization leaders attending the events highlighted the virtues of scholar Badr al-Din al-Houthi - his faith, courageous stances, vast knowledge, and the esteemed status he held among his people. The speeches reviewed his valuable written works and diverse religious-cultural publications across various fields of knowledge.
Speakers emphasized the pivotal role scholar Badr al-Din played in establishing the Quranic path and his struggles in its pursuit, despite hardships. They noted how the values, ethics, and sound upbringing he instilled in his children had profound impacts, evident in the blessed path later founded by the martyred leader Hussein Badr al-Din and now led by revolution leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The commemorations were described as an opportunity to reflect on this exceptional personality, emulate his example, and draw inspiration from his steadfastness on truth despite oppression by tyrannical forces.
