The Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the German Ambassador to Tehran, Markus Potzel, and handed him a protest note.

Tasnim International News Agency reported that this summons came following the German Chancellor's irresponsible statements and his support for the Zionist entity's flagrant violations of international law.
