Al-Dhale' - SABA:
A meeting was held in Al-Dhale' Governorate today, chaired by the Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Sadiq Al-Idrisi, to discuss mechanisms for tax development and collection, as well as work plans for the upcoming period of the current year.
The meeting, attended by the directors of the governorate’s Finance Office, Adnan Al-Jabri, and the Tax Office, Ma’mar Al-Sayyadi, addressed issues related to Qat tax collection, the challenges hindering it, and potential solutions.
During the meeting, Deputy Al-Idrisi stressed the importance of collecting revenue sources in khat markets in the city of Damt, ensuring the activation of tax collection procedures, and simplifying tax processes for taxpayers.
He emphasized the need for combined efforts to develop local resources, which would benefit the residents of the governorate through the implementation of service and development projects.
