On Monday, the Zionist enemy forces intensified their military measures around Qalqilya Governorate, in an escalation that has been ongoing for several days.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), local sources reported that for the fourth consecutive day, the enemy forces continued to close the main eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya with an iron gate. They also closed the alternative side road, known as "Al-Hasamees Road," with earth mounds, impeding the movement of citizens.
In the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, the enemy forces continued to intensify their measures for the second day in a row. In addition to closing the main northern entrance to the town with an iron gate, they closed the southern entrance with earth mounds and stones. They also set up flying military checkpoints at the western entrance, known as the entrance to Ezbet al-Tabib, impeding the movement of citizens.
