The Iranian Ministry of Health announced on Monday that 224 Iranian citizens were killed and more than 1,000 others were wounded as a result of attacks launched by the Israeli entity over the past three days on sites across the country.
The Iranian Mehr News Agency quoted Dr. Hossein Kermanpour, head of the Public Relations and Information Center at the Ministry of Health, as saying in a social media post: "The number of victims of the Israeli aggression has so far reached 1,481 martyrs and wounded, including 1,277 people who have been transferred to university hospitals for treatment, while more than 90% of the casualties have been recorded among civilians."
