New York - Saba:
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said on Thursday that women and girls in the Gaza Strip are facing "humiliating suffering" under the harsh conditions of displacement and genocide perpetrated by Israel against Palestinians in the Strip.
OCHA added in a statement published on the X platform that "Palestinians are being killed daily in Gaza," stressing that survivors of Israeli bombing are suffering from hunger.
It added that the aid reaching the besieged Gaza Strip is "insufficient."
The UN office stressed that women and girls in Gaza are facing "humiliating suffering" in light of the repeated displacement imposed on them by the Israeli army under threat of bombing.
It warned that the continuation of the blockade and the insistence on preventing the entry of fuel threatens to halt basic services in the Gaza Strip.
