The General Mobilization in al-Sabeen district in the Capital Sana'a on Thursday organized a cultural event to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
The event, attended by the district's Guidance Officer, Ahmed al-Saraji, and social figures, featured speeches that touched on the importance of commemorating this occasion to consolidate the principle of al-Wilayah in the nation's reality, to correct its path, confront enemies, and support Islamic sanctities.
They emphasized that the principle of loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the beacons of guidance is achieved through following, emulating, and imitating.
In the same context, a popular festival was held in al-Sabeen Square, along with cultural events in several neighborhoods, to commemorate the Day of Wilayah of Imam Ali, peace be upon him.
The festival and its events featured speeches, cultural performances, and poetry, reflecting the significance of the occasion and emphasizing adherence to the approach of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
Participants emphasized the importance of commemorating the Day of al-Wilayah as a key milestone in returning the nation to its right path, improving its status, defending its sanctities, and championing its causes.
