Gaza - Saba:
UN Secretary-General's spokesman Farhan Haq has warned that unless a solution is reached in the coming days, the entire relief operation in the Gaza Strip could come to a standstill.
According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency on Monday, Haq said that fuel stocks in Gaza are extremely low, increasing pressure on basic services and humanitarian operations.
He explained that the UN has repeatedly tried to access fuel stocks to restore them, but Israel has refused.
Haq reiterated the UN's demand for a permanent ceasefire, the release of all prisoners, and the delivery of aid to Gaza.
He also expressed the organization's concern about any attempts to obstruct the passage of ships in international waters, stressing that such actions are a source of great concern.
