Gaza – Saba:

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has climbed to 54,880, with 126,227 injuries reported since October 7, 2023.

According to the Ministry's daily statistical update, the past 24 hours alone saw 108 fatalities (including two bodies recovered from under rubble) and 393 new injuries.

The report further highlighted a critical concern regarding casualties at aid distribution points. Since this morning, five individuals seeking aid were killed and over 123 were injured. The cumulative total of "aid martyrs" brought to hospitals from designated distribution areas now stands at 115 killed and over 1,110 injured.

The Ministry noted that since March 18, 2025, there have been 4,603 deaths and 14,186 injuries.

A significant number of victims are still believed to be trapped under rubble and on roads, with ambulance and civil defense teams unable to reach them due to the persistent challenging conditions
