Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has vowed that Tehran will respond forcefully to any violation of its rights if the IAEA Board of Governors takes any malicious measures against Iran.
Araqchi said on Friday in a post on the X platform: “Instead of acting in good faith, the European Troika chooses to take malicious measures against Iran in the IAEA Board of Governors.”
He added when these three countries adopted the same wrong behavior in 2005, the result, in many ways, was the true birth of uranium enrichment in Iran. Haven't the three European countries truly learned any lessons over the past two decades?
Araqchi continued accusing Iran of violating the Safeguards Agreement—based on flimsy and politicized reports—is clearly intended to create a crisis; he emphasized that Europe is on the verge of making another major strategic mistake.
The Iranian Foreign Minister addressed the European countries, saying: Remember my words: Iran will respond forcefully to any violation of its rights, and the full and exclusive responsibility lies with the irresponsible parties who are doing their utmost to get involved.
