President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday sent a cable of condolences on the passing of Yousef Ahsan Abdullah al-Daw at the age of 95.
In the cable, which he sent to the deceased's sons, Salah and Abdulwahab, and all members of his family, President al-Mashat praised the deceased's jihadist, awareness-raising, and social role, as well as his well-known patriotic stances.
He also noted his prominent contributions to jihadist mobilization, his role in bringing about reconciliation among people, and his promotion of the values of tolerance and solidarity within society.
President al-Mashat expressed his sincere condolences to the deceased's sons and family on this painful loss, asking God Almighty to bestow His mercy and forgiveness upon him, to grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
