The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement said that "the admission by former US State Department spokesman Miller that the Zionist entity committed war crimes in Gaza is an admission that condemns the Zionist occupation and confirms the Biden administration's full partnership in these crimes, as it provided it with international cover and unlimited support."
In a statement, on Tuesday evening, the movement considered that "this admission exposes the deceptive American role regarding efforts to stop the war and its support for the extremist Zionist government in continuing its crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing against our people in Gaza."
It added: "This admission must be used as legal evidence to prosecute the US administration, the Zionist entity, and all those complicit in committing war crimes in Gaza. We also call on international institutions to fulfill their role in holding accountable those involved in the ongoing killing of our Palestinian people in Gaza."
