The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) has said that the admission by former US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller that the Israeli occupation committed war crimes in the Gaza Strip is a belated condemnation and an implicit acknowledgment of the complicity of former US President Joe Biden's administration in the genocide committed against our people.
The PFLP added in a press statement on Tuesday that the Biden administration provided political cover, military support, and legal legitimacy to the Israeli killing machine, making it a direct partner in shedding the blood of thousands of innocents in Gaza.
It noted that Miller's statements, which completely contradict his positions defending the occupation while in office, reveal the extent of the US administration's complicity and deception before the world.
The PFLP continued: "Biden and his Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, are war criminals who must be held accountable alongside the leaders of the occupation for the massacres and crimes of genocide they committed against Palestinian civilians."
The Front added: "As for Miller, who has always justified the massacres and promoted the false Israeli narrative, he has betrayed his conscience and humanity. Despite his belated admission, this does not absolve him or his administration of legal and moral responsibility."
