New York - Saba:
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Wednesday that a "regrettable incident occurred at a World Food Programme warehouse in Deir al-Balah," adding that "people are once again being forced to take desperate measures due to the Israeli siege."
According to Quds Press, the agency clarified that its warehouses and distribution centers in Gaza are "empty, while thousands of aid-laden trucks await permission to enter the Strip."
UNRWA confirmed that "some of its UN partners have managed to distribute very limited amounts of aid in Gaza."
Earlier on Wednesday, the Government Media Office announced that the "Israeli" enemy forces committed a new and horrific massacre against starving Palestinian civilians in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, by opening direct fire on citizens gathered to receive aid at so-called "aid distribution centers." This resulted in the martyrdom of 10 civilians over the past two days and left 62 others with varying injuries.
