Ibb (Saba) – The General Authority for Water Resources and Facilities in Ibb Governorate today conducted a field campaign targeting random wells in the As-Sabra district.
The Director General of the Authority's branch in the governorate, Mohammed Al-Warafi, explained that the campaign team filled in 12 manual wells that had been dug randomly and without the necessary legal permits.
