Gaza - (Saba):
Thirty-nine Palestinian citizens, most of them children and women, were martyred and dozens were injured at dawn on Thursday in Zionist airstrikes targeting several areas in the Gaza Strip.
Local sources told the Palestinian News Agency that 27 of the martyrs were killed in numerous airstrikes that targeted several homes in Khan Yunis. The bodies of the martyrs and dozens of injured—mostly children—were taken to Nasser Medical Complex.
The sources confirmed that the occupying forces bombed a house near Rafah Garage belonging to the Al-Lahham family, another on Abu Khater Street near the Islamic University east of Khan Yunis, and a third belonging to the Al-Zaytani family near Al-Najjar carpentry at the entrance of Hamad City, north of Khan Yunis.
The sources also reported that the enemy forces targeted a house belonging to the Al-Bayouk family in central Khan Yunis, and another belonging to the Kawarik family in the European Housing area east of Khan Yunis. Additionally, a cluster of homes belonging to the Al-Amour family in the town of Al-Fukhari near Khan Yunis was also hit.
The Zionist enemy also bombed a house belonging to the Abu Taimah family near the Asqalan School in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, and targeted the Abu Hudaf area east of the town of Al-Qarara.
The sources further confirmed that five martyrs were killed and a number of citizens were injured as a result of an airstrike on a house belonging to the Shihab family in the town of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.
