Haroun Nasser al-Din, a member of the Political Bureau and head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office of Hamas, stressed that the escalating settler storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with the participation of government figures and extremist Jews, and the issuance of a new petition calling for further aggression against Al-Aqsa, is a continuation of the occupation's religious war on Quds and a race to impose control over the mosque and Judaize it.
Nasser al-Din explained in a press statement on Wednesday that the fascist enemy government's support and protection of the settlers confirms that it does not care about any religious or historical considerations and is exploiting the state of slumber of our Arab and Islamic nation to continue its blatant aggression against our Islamic sanctities.
