Gaza - Saba:
The Palestinian Prisoners' Media Office held the Israeli enemy fully responsible for the martyrdom of prisoner Muhyiddin Najm, from Jenin, after suffering severe health conditions and being completely deprived of medical treatment inside prisons.
The office explained in a statement on Sunday that the martyr Najm faced a policy of slow killing through deliberate medical neglect in the enemy's prisons. His health deteriorated significantly inside the Negev Prison, and he was not provided with any care despite the prison administration's knowledge of his chronic condition.
It stated that what prisoner Najm was subjected to is a complex crime, adding to the record of crimes committed by the prison administration against sick prisoners, who are denied medical treatment until their last breath.
With the martyrdom of Najm, the number of martyrs from the prisoner movement since the beginning of the genocide on October 7, 2023, has risen to (66) martyrs whose identities are known, including at least (40) from the Gaza Strip.
The total number of martyrs from the prisoner movement since 1967 has reached approximately (303) martyrs, and the occupation continues to detain the bodies of (75) martyrs, including (64) who have died since the beginning of the genocide.
The Prisoners' Media also held the enemy fully responsible for the lives of all prisoners in its prisons, especially the sick and elderly, who face slow death day after day.
It added that the enemy has crossed all red lines in its aggression against the prisoner movement, and the number of martyrs continues to rise without pause amid suspicious international silence and complicity in the crime.
The Prisoners' Media called for urgent and effective action by international institutions, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and human rights organizations to fulfill their responsibilities and stop the enemy's systematic crimes against prisoners.
