Sana'a – SABA:

The Supreme Judicial Council has mourned the passing of Judge Abdul Bari Abdullah Uqbah, a member of the Sana'a Governorate Court of Appeals, who passed away after a life filled with dedicated service to the nation in the field of justice.

In its statement of condolence, the Council praised the virtues of the late judge and his well-known commitment to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities entrusted to him. It affirmed that with his passing, the judiciary has lost a judge known for his devotion to upholding justice.

The President and members of the Supreme Judicial Council expressed their deepest condolences and sympathy to Judge Taha Uqbah, President of the Capital Secretariat Court of Appeals, as well as to the children, siblings, and entire Uqbah family, and his colleagues in the judicial sector.
