A massive rally was held today in Al-Qabitah District, Lahij Governorate, under the slogan "Steadfast with Gaza... Despite America and Its Crimes", in response to Gaza’s call and condemnation of the American aggression against the "people of faith and wisdom" (a reference to Yemenis).
Participants emphasized that Yemen’s unwavering support for Gaza serves as a "lesson to the [Islamic] nation" to fulfill its duty toward the Palestinian people. They reaffirmed their "faith-based stance" in backing Palestinian resistance.
The rally denounced U.S. escalation against Yemen, accusing it of attempting to distract from its failure to deter Yemeni support for Gaza.
The protest called for intensifying the economic boycott of American and Israeli goods, labeling traders who refuse to comply as "complicit in funding airstrikes that kill Gazans and Yemenis".
Activists urged continued public mobilization, including tribal gatherings and protests, to sustain pressure against the aggression.
A statement from the rally declared: "In vain, you [America and Zionists] try to change our position... We will never retreat after answering God’s call," vowing to continue "sacred jihad" until Gaza’s siege ends.
Participants praised Yemen’s armed forces for their operations against Israeli and American ships, demanding that such actions persist until Gaza’s blockade is lifted.
