Gaza – Saba:

The Palestinian Prisoners' Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club announced today, Sunday, the martyrdom of prisoner Nasser Khalil Radaideh (49 years old) from the town of Al-Ubaidiya, in Hadassah Hospital in Israel, after being transferred yesterday from Ofer Prison.

The prisoners' institutions said in a statement reported by the Palestinian "Sanad News Agency" that the Civil Affairs Commission informed them of the martyrdom of prisoner "Radaydeh." He had been detained since September 18, 2023, after being shot by Israeli forces at the time. He remains in detention.

The Commission and the Club confirmed that "Radaydeh" is the second martyr among prisoners to be announced as martyred in Israeli prisons within four days.

The Commission and the Club added that the martyrdom of detainee Radaideh constitutes a new crime in the record of the Israeli brutal system, which has committed all forms of crimes aimed at killing prisoners. These crimes constitute another aspect of the ongoing genocide.

The Commission and the Club held the Zionist enemy fully responsible for the martyrdom of detainee Radaideh and renewed their demand for the international human rights community to move forward with effective decisions to hold the enemy's leaders accountable for the war crimes they continue to commit against the Palestinian people. They also demanded the imposition of sanctions on the occupation.

Detainee Radaideh is married and the father of seven children. He spent a period in Shaare Zedek Hospital after his arrest and severe injury. However, his health condition had stabilized at the time, according to information available to institutions and according to visits made to him at the time.

The Prisoners' Institutions clarified, "With the martyrdom of detainee Radaideh, the number of martyrs among prisoners and detainees since the genocide has risen to 65. These are the only ones whose identities are known, given the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance. At least 40 of them are from Gaza. They noted that this phase in the history of the prisoner movement and our people constitutes the bloodiest phase." They stated that "the number of martyrs from the prisoner movement whose identities are known since 1967 has reached 302 to date, while the number of martyred prisoners whose bodies are being held has reached 74, including 63 since the genocide."
