Gaza – SABA:

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), carried out a complex ambush against an advancing Zionist force in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City, targeting a tank and a bulldozer and inflicting casualties among its troops.

In a statement on Telegram on Saturday, Al-Qassam said:
"Our Mujahideen successfully executed a complex ambush against a Zionist force advancing east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, leaving its members dead and wounded."

The group added that its fighters struck a Merkava 4 tank and a military D9 bulldozer with Yassin-105 RPGs, setting both vehicles ablaze in the Jabal Al-Surani area east of Al-Tuffah.

Earlier on Saturday, the Israeli occupation army announced that one soldier was killed and several others were wounded, two critically, after their forces were ambushed in the northern Gaza Strip.
