A Zionist settler was injured, on Sunday evening, after being subjected to a shooting attack from a speeding vehicle at the entrance to the settlement of "Homesh" between the cities of Nablus and Jenin, north of the occupied West Bank, and the martyrdom of the perpetrator.
According to press sources, a resistance fighter stopped a vehicle in front of a checkpoint of the Zionist enemy forces, and opened fire from an automatic rifle towards the soldiers, at the entrance to the evacuated settlement of "Homesh" between the cities of Nablus and Jenin.
The enemy forces closed the road between Nablus and Jenin, and mobilized around the scene of the operation and started combing the area.
According to Zionist sources, the occupation forces shot the perpetrator of the shooting attack.
Palestinian security sources said that the perpetrator of the shooting attack near the "Homesh" settlement is the martyr Suleiman Fawaz Nassar Manasra (25 years old) from Qabatiya town, Jenin district.
