Sana'a - Saba:
Al-Wahda district in the capital Sana'a held a cultural event on Wednesday to commemorate International al-Quds Day under the slogan "We Will Persevere, O al-Quds." The event, organized by the General Mobilization, emphasized solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
Cultural activist Mohammed Sharaf al-Din stressed that al-Quds remains the "central issue of the nation" and that defending holy sites is a "responsibility that falls on the shoulders of all Muslims." He condemned the "Zionist-American enemy's" ongoing "genocide" against the Palestinian people.
He asserted that the commemoration of al-Quds Day demonstrates the Yemeni people's unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their resistance until the liberation of al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied territories. He called for widespread participation in the upcoming al-Quds Day events.
The event was attended by local officials, community leaders, and social figures.
