Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, a member of the Supreme Political Council, sent a condolence message mourning the passing of Salem Taher Liradhi, a national figure and member of the Yemeni Parliament, who passed away after a life full of service and dedication.
In his message addressed to the late MP’s son, Fahd Liradhi, and the entire Liradhi family in Hadhramaut and Aden, Dr. Bin Habtoor praised the distinguished contributions of the deceased in parliamentary work (1997-2003) and his notable role in political, social, and administrative fields.
He highlighted Liradhi’s leadership in managing Aden’s Chamber of Commerce, the oldest in Yemen, as well as his membership in the boards of various companies and charitable organizations. His vast experience and high ethical values also led him to chair the Board of Trustees at the University of the Holy Qur'an and Islamic Sciences.
Dr. Bin Habtoor emphasized that Yemen has lost one of its most distinguished figures, who left a lasting impact in serving his country and society.
He extended his deepest condolences to the late MP’s son, his family, and the entire Liradhi tribe.
