The Ministries of Finance and Civil Service and Administrative Development confirmed the commencement of issuing financial reinforcements for February 2025 salaries to all public service units, in accordance with the state employee salary provision program, which stems from the law establishing an exceptional mechanism for providing state employee salaries and repaying small depositors.
The two ministries confirmed in a joint statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the reinforcements were issued through the Central Bank of Yemen, and through it to the General Postal Authority and the Cooperative Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank), in accordance with the lists issued by the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development.
The statement indicated that this is being done under the direct supervision of the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, and Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi.
The statement extended its congratulations to all civil service employees on the approaching Eid al-Fitr, stressing that the Government of Change and Construction will spare no effort in providing all possible means to pay salaries to all employees of civil service units, in accordance with the resources available under the Exceptional Mechanism Law.
