Sana'a - Saba:
Al-Sabeen district in the capital Sana'a has held a cultural event, commemorating the Battle of Badr and the martyrdom of Imam Ali, under the slogan "On the Day of Criterion, I Have Won, by Allah of the Kaaba."
Hussein al-Jubain, Director of the Jihad Cultural Department at the Ministry of Defense, spoke about the Battle of Badr, highlighting it as a pivotal moment between "truth and falsehood." He emphasized the divine support given to Prophet Muhammad and his followers against the "forces of unbelief."
He stressed the importance of learning from the Battle of Badr's victory over "polytheists and tyrants," and praised Imam Ali's life, courage, and dedication to Islam and the oppressed. He urged attendees to emulate Imam Ali's path in the face of "aggression" and to support the Palestinian cause.
Al-Jubain called on the public to utilize these commemorative events to increase awareness and fulfill their duty in confronting "America and Israel" and supporting Gaza.
