Hamas leader Sami Abu Zuhri has said that the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip is a dangerous escalation, a breach of the ceasefire agreement, and a death sentence for the Israeli detainees.
He said in a statement on Tuesday that "what is happening is a dangerous development, but it will not succeed in breaking the will of the Palestinian people." He pointed out that "the Zionist enemy must realize that this aggression represents a death sentence for the remaining prisoners in the Gaza Strip."
Hamas leader pointed out that "the American announcement of prior consultations with the Israeli enemy regarding these strikes on Gaza confirms Washington's partnership in the aggression against the Palestinian people," noting that "the hands of the Trump administration are now stained with the blood of the children and women of Gaza."
He pointed out that "the US administration must bear its responsibilities for these crimes," noting that "what Washington announced about holding Hamas responsible for these repercussions is an attempt to circumvent the facts, because there is a ceasefire agreement, and the Zionist enemy refused to move to the second stage, which led to the disruption of the conclusion and implementation of the agreement."
