The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, affirmed Tuesday afternoon that the assassinations carried out by the Zionist enemy against the movement's leaders, symbols of national action, and the Palestinian people will not enable it to achieve its goals.
In a statement, Hamas mourned a number of Palestinian national action leaders who were killed in treacherous assassinations carried out by the Zionist enemy after it announced the resumption of the war on the Gaza Strip.
The statement said: "With greater submission, steadfastness, and determination to continue defending our people, our land, and our holy sites, and with all the meanings of patience, acceptance, pride, and honor, we mourn the symbols of national action in the Gaza Strip, who were killed this morning in a treacherous Zionist attack."
The movement stressed that these crimes will not break the will of the Palestinian people and the strength of their solidarity with their leaders and resistance, adding, "But they will only increase the strength and steadfastness of our people in confronting the occupation and its aggressive plans."
