The Women's Committee in Raymah Governorate organized a protest vigil on the anniversary of the Battle of Badr, in support of the Palestinian people and condemnation of the US escalation against Yemen. The vigil was held under the slogan "We Stand Firm with Gaza... Confronting US Escalation with Escalation."
The participants denounced the Arab silence regarding the Israeli occupation's violations in Gaza, emphasizing that the battle waged by the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples requires steadfastness and a strong will to confront injustice.
The statement issued by the vigil emphasized that the US escalation will not deter the Yemeni people from their support for Palestine, emphasizing the continued support of Yemeni women for the Palestinian cause through various activities. The statement also expressed pride in the positions of the Yemeni revolutionary leadership in supporting Palestine, despite the inaction of Arab countries.
