The local authorities and General Mobilization Office in Hodeida governorate on Tuesday launched the second round of "al-Aqsa Flood" courses for the year 1447 Hijri.
Under the slogan "Prepare for them whatever power you can muster," these courses are part of the "Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad" battle.
The program aims to strengthen ideological fortification and prepare the community to confront enemies, particularly in support of the Palestinian cause.
Governor Abdullah Atifi emphasized that these courses are a crucial pillar in confronting enemies and a vital means of ideological immunization for society.
He highlighted Hodeida governorate's steadfast commitment to jihad and a strong stance on issues facing the Arab and Islamic nations, especially the Palestinian cause.
The second round of the program will adapt to current developments, focusing on mobilization and insight, connecting reality with faith-based stances to foster a unified, active awareness.
The governor also stressed the importance of involving all segments of society to counter soft warfare and misinformation campaigns, building generations capable of bearing responsibility with courage and steadfastness.
Ahmed al-Bashri, First Undersecretary of the governorate and head of General Mobilization, stated that this round responds to a phase requiring increased awareness and vigilance amidst escalating aggression from adversaries.
He described these courses as a continuous strategic path toward liberation and supporting Palestine and other Arab and Islamic causes, noting that public engagement reflects the deep-rooted awareness among the people of Hodeida.
Al-Bashri also reviewed the themes of the second round, confirming that the program will cover all directorates and focus on raising public awareness regarding the "battle of consciousness and dignity." He emphasized the continuation of general mobilization activities, transforming them into a permanent approach to combat soft warfare.
Mohammed Halisi, Undersecretary of the governorate for Services Affairs, affirmed Hodeidah's leading role in opposing the enemies of the Arab and Islamic nations.
He noted that the success of the first round created widespread engagement with military qualification courses for mobilization programs, preparing for confrontation.
Halisi assured that the second round would be managed with greater professionalism and flexibility to maximize its mobilizing and awareness-raising impact across all directorates and local communities.
Sheikh Ali Sowmal, head of the Scholars and Learners Unit in the governorate, stated that these mobilization programs embody Quranic culture and contribute to creating a unified awareness that confronts tyranny with patience, trust, and certainty.
Sheikh Ibrahim Sharai, speaking on behalf of tribal leaders, expressed the tribes' appreciation for the continuous mobilization efforts.
He affirmed that these programs reflect the community's vigilance and awareness, serving as an extension of everyone's responsibility in the nation's battle against the Zionist enemy.
