Researcher Abdulmajeed Abdullah Zafir received a doctoral degree with honors in public law from the College of Sharia and Law at Sana'a University for his thesis titled "The Efficiency of the Public Prosecution and its Role in the Stages of Criminal Proceedings: A Comparative Study".
The discussion and judgment committee, which consisted of Dr. Khaled Al-Khatib as chairman and internal discussant, Dr. Mounir Al-Joubi as external discussant, and Dr. Mohammed Najad as main supervisor, praised the thesis, its richness and uniqueness, and the addition it represents to the legal library, and recommended printing the thesis at the university's expense , circulating it with other universities, teaching it at Sana'a University and the Higher Institute of Judiciary.
