The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on the occasion of obtaining a Master's degree with honors in political science from Sana'a University.
President Al-Mashat's research thesis was entitled: "September 21 and its Impact on the Republic of Yemen and the Arab Region", and Al-Ra'i praised its content and importance in enriching the Yemeni and Arab libraries and presenting modern studies to researchers.
He also congratulated him on this distinguished scientific achievement, wishing him success and success in his academic and professional career.
