Gaza - Saba:
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned of the dire humanitarian conditions of temporary tent dwellers in the Gaza Strip, who are living under the brunt of violent winter storms.
The agency said in a statement on Monday that these storms have destroyed hundreds of tents and displaced many Palestinian families in the central and northern areas of the Strip.
UNRWA noted that it is seeking to provide the necessary assistance, including tents, plastic sheets, blankets, and other basic supplies, to alleviate the suffering of thousands of people affected by the harsh conditions across Gaza.
