Plymouth Argyle pulled off a huge upset by eliminating Liverpool from the fourth round of the FA Cup after beating them by a goal without reply in the match between them on Sunday evening at Home Park.
Ryan Hardy was the man of the match, scoring the only goal in the 53rd minute from the penalty spot.
Plymouth, who are in the last place in the second level "Champion's League", thus dispelled Liverpool's dream of achieving the quadruple this season, after the "Reds" reached the final of the League Cup and the semi-finals of the Champions League by topping the united group, in addition to being at the top of the Premier League.
