Sana'a - Saba:
A five-day training workshop organized by the General Authority for Endowments in cooperation with the Supreme Authority for Tender Control (WATCH), targeting 71 employees from the Authority and its offices in Sana'a and Sana'a, was concluded in Sana'a.
The workshop included training participants on the Tenders and Auctions Law, mechanisms to improve performance in government procurement, avoiding common mistakes, in addition to managing contracts and complaints.
The Chairman of the Awqaf Authority, Abdul Majeed Al-Houthi, stressed the authority's keenness to qualify its cadres to improve endowment work, while the Chairman of the Supervisory Authority, Abdul Malik Al-Arashi, praised the cooperation in implementing the workshop to enhance control and supervision of tenders and auctions. He also stressed the development of control methods to ensure transparency and efficiency.
