Hodeida - Saba:
A training course on the basics of volunteer work, development resources, and community initiatives concluded on Sunday in Hodeida province.
The ten-day course, organized by the Bunyan Development Foundation and Tihama Coast Fisheries Cooperative Association, aimed to equip 39 trainees from the branches of Tihama Coast Association with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively engage in community development initiatives.
The course focused on providing participants with basic concepts about the mechanisms of volunteer work and stimulating local development efforts.
Head of the Tihama Coast Association Mohammed Najib expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Bunyan Academy in providing training and capacity-building opportunities for the association's members.
Director of Centers and Ports at the Fisheries Authority Aziz Atini urged the participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the training to enhance local development and support the state's development initiatives.
This training program reflects the commitment of various organizations to empowering local communities and fostering a culture of volunteerism and community engagement in Hodeida province.
