Sana'a - Saba:
Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council, sponsored on Monday a tribal reconciliation between al-Khalqi tribe from Hamdan district in Sana'a and al-Akhfash and al-Margham tribes from Bani al-Harith in the capital Sana'a.
The reconciliation ceremony saw the guardians of the victim Youssef al-Khalqi announce forgiveness for the perpetrators, Taha al-Akhfash and Mohammed Margham, for the sake of God.
Al-Houthi praised the decision of Hamdan tribe and the victim’s family, noting their response to the call for reconciliation, which aligns with the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi’s efforts to promote peace.
He commended the mediation efforts led by local leaders and emphasized the importance of resolving tribal disputes to strengthen national unity and face external threats.
Al-Houthi considered the success in resolving blood feuds as a significant achievement for the Yemeni tribes, contributing to Yemen’s resilience amid the ongoing aggression on the nation.
Attendees expressed gratitude for the leadership's role in fostering reconciliation and reiterated their commitment to supporting the defense of Yemen and its people, including their solidarity with Gaza.
