Japanese stock indices declined at the end of trading session on Tuesday, on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
According to Japanese media, the Nikkei index lost 720.82 points, reaching 38,469.58 points.
The broader Topix index also fell 34.37 points, reaching 2,679.75 points
