Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Tuesday sent a cable of congratulations to Esteban Lazo Hernandez, President of the National Assembly of People’s Power and Council of State of the Republic of Cuba.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Hernandez on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
